Will my assigned driver contact me?

Yes your assigned driver will contact you a day or at-least an hour before the scheduled pickup time. Please have your phone switched on and your WhatsApp active, so as to facilitate communication with your assigned driver.

Where should I meet my driver?

Meet your driver outside your hotel, apartment, home etc. Once you meet your driver, please ask for his/her name to confirm he/she is your assigned driver. We’ve had situations where, some drivers waiting around the pickup location take advantage and pickup our clients once they come out of their hotel or apartments. In case of any doubts, please contact us.

How long will my driver wait for me?

We offer a complimentary waiting time, meaning that our driver will wait for you for that amount of time without any extra charges. Our complimentary waiting times for pickup to the Airport is 15 minutes. For example, if your scheduled pickup time is at 13:00, our driver will wait for you till 13:15 with no extra charge.

After the 15 minutes complimentary waiting time, we charge 10€ for every 15 minutes of wait time.

I can't find my driver, what do I do?

If you can’t find your driver, no worries, just wait at the pickup location and contact our support team and they will help locate your driver for you. Use the quick contact us button found on the bottom right to contact us. You can call us or send us a message via WhatsApp (recommended) or SMS.

What are the vehicle capacities?

To avoid surprises and extra cost, please it’s very important to indicate all the number and type of luggage you have, so we can confirm if they will fit into the booked vehicle. Find below estimated vehicle capacity for each vekicle. In case of any doubts, please contact us.

  • Car (Passengers: 4, Big luggage: 2, Small luggage: 2)
  • Van (Passengers: 8, Big luggage: 6, Small luggage: 3)
  • Minibus 16-seater (Passengers: 16, Big luggage: 10, Small luggage: 5)
  • Minibus 25-seater (Passengers: 25, Big luggage: 15, Small luggage: 5)
