The Digital Kit is a subsidy from the Government of Spain, which aims to promote the digital transformation of small businesses and self-employed, belonging to any sector or type of business.

GROUP1: Between 0 and 2 employees: up to 2,000
GROUP2: Between 3 and 9 employees: up to 6,000
GROUP3: Between 10 and 49 employees: up to 12,000

Be a small business, micro-business or self-employed
Not being considered a company in crisis
Be up-to-date with payments of tax obligations and Social Security obligations
Not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Subsidies Law
Be registered in the census of businessmen, professionals and retainers of the State Agency
of Tax Administration or in the equivalent census of the Foral Administration
Not be subject to a pending recovery order following a prior decision of the
European Commission
Do not exceed the aid limit (€200,000)
